Join us on at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 12, at the Irving Convention Center for the 2017 Irving Salvation Army Super Lunch. This year's speaker will be Jerry Jones, owner, president, and general manager of the National Football League's Dallas Cowboys since 1989.
The Cowboys have won three Super Bowls under Jones' ownership, and in 2017, Jones was inducted into the NFL's Pro Football Hall of Fame.
The Super Lunch is the Salvation Army of Irving’s signature annual fundraiser, bringing together civic leaders, corporations and citizens to support the life changing work of the Irving Corp. Super Lunch XXV is both a look back at our important legacy and renewed commitment to serving the Irving community. We hope we can count on your support to reach our fundraising goal of $200,000.
Residents of Irving count on The Salvation Army for Christian fellowship and a broad range of social services. We serve those most in need in Irving by providing emergency financial assistance, financial education, clothing donations, shelter, food pantry support, summer heat relief, English as a second language classes, and a refuge where children and teens can come play, learn and grow at The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club at the Gene and Jerry Jones Family Center for Children.
