Substance Abuse Programs

In both Dallas and Fort Worth, The Salvation Army provides substance abuse programs 365 days a year to help men and women shake the grips of alcohol and chemical dependency. Through the voluntary program, individuals enlist into residential treatment for periods of 6 to 12 months. In addition, because, The Salvation Army is recognized as a high-quality provider in treating alcohol and chemical addictions, individuals are also remanded to participate in the Army's court-ordered substance abuse program. Participants stay in this program up to 15 months.
